Waiora is a space where socially focussed organisations can thrive. It is a space where likeminded organisations can come together to connect and deliver services to our community.
Based in Taupō we offer co-working spaces, meeting rooms and leased private office space dedicated to the success of not for profit, social enterprise and charitable organisations.
With social impact front of mind, our kaupapa is people, community, connection and collaboration.

Membership
We operate a membership model so you or your organisation must hold at least a ‘Connection’ membership to book our meeting spaces and use the facilities here at Waiora.

This Non-Resident Membership gives you access to the public spaces at Waiora House 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday /4.00pm Fridays. There are tables, chairs & couches where you can have informal meetings, coffee, catch ups or work quietly away from the office.
Online, you can use the book & pay by the hour for private meeting rooms - too easy!
$120 + GST per year for not for profit, charitable, community groups & social enterprise organisations.
$200 + GST per year - Commercial organisations

This Resident Membership gives you a space to work from in our residents area for up to 3 days per week, out of the public view. You may not have the same desk each day but you will have a desk.
You have access to the public spaces at Waiora House 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday/4.00pm Fridays where there are tables, chairs & couches where you can have informal meetings, coffee, catch ups.
Online, you can book & pay by the hour for private meeting rooms at the Flexi Members rates - too easy!
$250 + GST per month for not for profit, charitable, community groups & social enterprise organisations.
$360 + GST per month - Commercial organisations (when available)

This Resident Membership gives you a fixed desk to call your own - bring your plants and photos, make yourself at home. You have access to the public spaces at Waiora House 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday/4.00pm Fridays where there are tables, chairs & couches where you can have informal meetings, coffee, catch ups plus 24/7 access to the whole building.
Online, you can book & pay by the hour for private meeting room free of charge (except the Event Space)
$350 + GST per month for not for profit, charitable, community groups & social enterprise organisations.
$500 + GST per month - Commercial organisations (when available)
