The support groups are safe spaces for family and whānau to share their experiences, their challenges and triumphs, and to learn from each other in an open, 100% judgement-free environment. No topic or question is too ‘out there’. We get it, and we are here to help.
 
The drop-in sessions are an opportunity to catch up with me, your Central Lakes’ Regional Coordinator, and ask any questions about community services. No appointment needed. Drop in for as long or as short a time as you want.
